Karen W. Stanley
Chair, Camden National Corporation
Stanley Ms. Stanley joined the Company’s board of directors in January 2008 following Camden National Corporation’s merger with Union Bankshares Company and was named Vice Chairman of Camden National Corporation in January 2009 and Chair in May, 2010. Ms. Stanley was a director of Union Bankshares Company. Previously, Ms. Stanley served with Priority Management, an international training and development firm as a member of the senior management team with their international headquarters. Prior to that, she served as vice president of personal banking for overseas executives with Citibank N.A. Ms. Stanley began her career in sales with the Xerox Corporation.

Bresnahan Ms. Bresnahan has been a director of Camden National Corporation and Camden National Bank since 1990. She joined the board of directors of Acadia Trust, N.A. in January 2009. She has been a full-time volunteer and civic leader since 1970.

William P. Dubord
Senior Partner
Dubord Mr. Dubord became a director of Camden National Bank in 2006. Previously he was a director of KSB Bancorp, Inc. ("KSB") and Kingfield Savings Bank from 1988 until the Company acquired KSB in December 1999 and Kingfield Savings Bank's merger with United Bank in February 2000, at which time Mr. Dubord became a director of UnitedKingfield Bank. Mr. Dubord is a senior partner in the law firm of Marden, Dubord, Bernier & Stevens, where he has worked since 1973.

Gregory A. Dufour

Dufour Mr. Dufour joined Camden National Corporation in April 2001 as senior vice president of finance and principal financial officer. In August 2002, he assumed the additional responsibilities of operations and technology. In January 2004, Mr. Dufour was named president and chief operating officer of Camden National Bank and chief banking officer of Camden National Corporation. In January 2006, he was named chief executive officer of Camden National Bank. Mr. Dufour was named president and chief executive officer of Camden National Corporation effective January 1, 2009. Mr. Dufour serves, on an interim basis, as the chief executive officer for Acadia Trust, N.A. Mr. Dufour became a director of Camden National Bank in 2004, Acadia Trust, N.A. in 2006, and Camden National Corporation in 2009.

David C. Flanagan

Flanagan Mr. Flanagan joined the board of Camden National Bank in 1998 and the board of Camden National Corporation in 2005. Mr. Flanagan is the president of Viking Lumber, Inc., a family-owned business serving Midcoast Maine with a full service lumber and building supply yard since 1944. Mr. Flanagan took over the family business in 1978.

Lucien B. Gosselin

Gosselin Mr. Gosselin became a director of Camden National Bank in 2006. Previously he was a director of UnitedKingfield Bank. Mr. Gosselin is the president of the Lewiston/Auburn Economic Growth Council in Lewiston, Maine. Prior to joining the Lewiston/Auburn Economic Growth Council in 1997, he was the director of Development & Administration for the Maine Development Foundation. Previously, he was a real estate marketing director with the W.S. Libbey Company and, prior to that, vice president of Administration with the Sisters of Charity Health System, Inc. He also served as city administrator and controller/executive officer/community development director for the City of Lewiston.

Holmes Mr. Holmes has been a director of Camden National Corporation and Camden National Bank since 1989. Mr. Holmes is also the president and majority owner of Consumers Fuel Company in Belfast, Maine, a position he has held for 22 years.

Jones, Esq. Mr. Jones has been a Director of Camden National Corporation and Camden National Bank since 1988, and served as Chairman of Camden National Corporation from 1998 to 2010 and was Chairman of Camden National Bank from 1999 to 2006 and 2008 to 2010. Mr. Jones was a Director of United Bank from 1996 until its merger with Kingfield Savings Bank in February 2000, at which time he became a Director of UnitedKingfield Bank until its merger with Camden National Bank in September 2006. Concurrent with the merger of UnitedKingfield Bank and Camden National Bank, Mr. Jones became a Director of Acadia Trust, N.A. in January 2006. Mr. Jones is a partner in the law firm of Harmon, Jones & Sanford, LLP in Camden, Maine, where he has worked since 1968.

Markos, Jr., Esq. Mr. Markos, Jr. became a director of Camden National Bank in 2008. Formerly, he was a director of Union Bankshares Company from 1998 until its merger with Camden National Bank in January 2008. Mr. Markos is currently general manager of Maine Shellfish Company and serves as president of the Maine Seafood Alliance, a shellfish industry organization. Previously, Mr. Markos was in private law practice and served as the assistant district attorney for Hancock County.

Francis J. O'Hara, Jr.

O'Hara, Jr. Mr. O’Hara joined the board of Camden National Bank in 2007. Mr. O’Hara is the vice president of the O’Hara Corporation, a fourth generation family-owned business operating in Maine and Massachusetts for one hundred years and supporting maritime-industry and seafaring traditions. Previously, Mr. O’Hara was with Frost & Bryant in Camden and Goudy & Stevens Shipbuilding in East Boothbay. Mr. O’Hara is a member of the Penobscot Bay Area Chamber of Commerce and the North Pacific Fishing Vessel Owners Association. Mr. O’Hara serves as a board member of Coastal Affordable Housing.

John M. Rohman
President and Chief Executive Officer
Rohman Mr. Rohman joined the board of Camden National Bank in 2007 and the board of Camden National Corporation in 2010. Mr. Rohman is Chairman of the Board of WBRC Architects∙Engineers headquartered in Bangor, Maine. Joining WBRC Architects∙Engineers in 1973, Mr. Rohman has served as principal contact with clients for programming and project management on numerous statewide projects including commercial and college institutional facilities. A longtime Bangor resident, Mr. Rohman has won many awards for his extensive public service and numerous board activities that focus on education, the arts, economic development, and public policy. Mr. Rohman’s past community involvement includes serving as a director for the National Folk Festival in Bangor, the Bangor Symphony Orchestra, and Maine Crafts Association. He was also a member of the Bangor City Council and served as the mayor of Bangor in 2001.

Weymouth Ms. Weymouth joined the board of Camden National Bank in 1999. Ms. Weymouth is a principal of Megunticoook Management & Realty in Camden, Maine. A real estate broker since 1974, Ms. Weymouth's certifications include the National Center for Housing Management, Certified Manager of Community Association, Institute of Real Estate Management, and Accredited Resident Managers. Ms. Weymouth also holds the only Professional Community Association Manager designation for the State of Maine. Ms. Weymouth is a member of the Maine Real Estate Manager Association.
